Granville Island Catering

Ingrid de Haan originally from Capetown, South Africa, has been catering for over 30 years. First in Toronto before making the move to the westcoast and settling in Vancouver. Ingrid was a partner in Crown Street Catering for 14 years.  Today, along with her partner, Collette Coleman, they have opened up Granville Island Catering.  Collette was a high-end travel consultant for 24 years, travelling the world and sampling foods of the exotic destinations, while working part time as a server and catering chef for over 14 years.

 We like to say, we take the worry away from you, so that you can relax and thoroughly enjoy your party, and your guests.

​We cater to a wide variety of clients.  Namely you!  Whether it is a corporate lunch,  family gathering, wedding, or having friends over for an evening cocktail party, we do it all!  Our staff are professional, we only hire and train the best.  Most of the staff have been with Ingrid and Collette for over 5 years.  We can provide bartenders, service and chef staff.
